If I need a report, how do I register and check in?

Pre-registration within 48 hours (highly recommended):

       Put an order in EPIC using IMG Code 4338, which is a Research w/Read Code, signed by the doctor.

       Email the doctor’s order & MR Screening form to Radiology Registration (RadMRIresearchReg@exchange.johnshopkins.edu), cc MRI techs.

Check in on the scan day, 1 hour before the scan time.

        If checking in before 2:30 pm:

                In person: The coordinator should escort the patient to Radiology registration desk.

       Tell registration that you are doing a research scan. They need the patient's name, MRN, and PI name.

Contact MRI techs if there is any problem.
